Lady staff behind counter are amazing but the gentlemen that inspected the curtesy car before I took it treated me like I was going to steal it. I’d not booked the car out it was my lease company. This gentleman was completely unprofessional. He Needs to work and his communication skills and Cheer up a bit
Our Golf Plus which we have had since new had been maintained at the VW garage until this year, I discovered that Banks Garage had moved to the Excalibur estate and as I had used Banks in the past ( when they had the small garage far end of village) with satisfactory results I opted to put the Golf in for a new Alternator pulley and cam belt replacement.
