The friendliest staff imaginable, and very helpful. A small place that was very convenient to downtown while still being extremely quiet. Loved it.

You can only know so much going to a new place. I'm one of those types who reads everything they can on a place before I go somewhere. Unfortunately, you cannot control every variable, which is why a place like Banff Boutique Inn can not only be helpful, but essential. My wife and I arrived and we were warmly greeted by the owners and staff. They sent us texts in advance and answered our all of our questions. My mom and I loved staying here! We had a cute patio that looked into the woods. Our room was large and so comfortable. The staff were so friendly. Location was great and quick/easy walk to downtown. Would definitely stay here again!
