I stayed here a year ago and was happy with my experience. This year, I booked the same room type (King Room, as shown in the photos), but at check-in, I was given a different room that was much smaller and located on the second floor. Unfortunately, the staff couldn't change it because the room I had originally booked was already occupied. Fab place to stay, just on the edge of the town centre. Only a few minutes walk to town or the trails by the river, but far enough away that you are away from the hustle and bustle. The staff were excellent and make the place - everything was very clean, organised and well-stocked. The shared kitchen is spacious, with multiple fridges to keep supplies in. Great concept. Shared kitchen to cook/ make your own food, then put dishes in a bin for staff to wash them for you. Shared Livingroom and dining area. The whole facility was super clean. Only negative is room being super small, but I would stay there again!
