Highly recommend to anyone!! Just stayed here and only have the best things to say about it. The staff and owners are the nicest humans. It was cozy, good location, clean, quiet, beautiful views. 10/10!! Loved my stay and will be back!
What an amazing experience there! The estate is stunning, the rooms cozy and stylish, and the staff is so friendly. Super quiet and cozy, in the heart of Banff, just a few minutes away from the city centre. If you’re looking for somewhere calming and comfortable, definitely stop by. Large kitchen and lounge area, perfect for a night in by the fireplace. We loved it !!
Very disappointing experience. I was forced to cancel my trip due to extremely unsafe road conditions. According to the AMA road conditions app, travel was not recommended on the day of my booking. Despite this being a safety issue completely outside of my control, the hotel refused to cancel, refused to rebook, and showed zero flexibility or understanding. An absolute gem! A quiet spot just a short walk from Banff's main street. Very clean rooms , a warm welcome from the staff on-site , and parking space (which solved our headache of parking in downtown Banff) It has great coffee (local and freshly roasted), and a properly equipped kitchen with separate fridge compartments labeled for each room providing ample storage space should you spend a few days in Banff and would like to prep your meals :) No kids allowed , which was a huge relief !
