The treatment I received was not John Barnes Myofascial Release. Requires repeat classes, skill enhancement, and/or therapy for the therapist to truly make that claim. I have 13.5 years classes, treatments, & skill enhancement, plus many treatments from John's clinic. I would be rated per John's criteria as an Advanced therapist. This is how I know I didn't receive JFB MFR.

"I've been seeing Dennis Specht, LMT at A Balanced Body in Medford as my massage therapist for more than 10 years. He has been my Life Saver!! He's the most experienced and skilled massage therapist that I've experienced in this area. He is very knowledgeable in different types of therapies, for instance I need Myofascial therapy. I was dealing with knee and hip pain for 2 months. The knee pain was gone after the first session with Dennis, and the hip pain improved. A short while after my treatments, the hip pain was also completely gone. I am delighted.
