Let me start off by saying the manager? An absolute jerk!! He has a bad attitude when all I had called in for was to let him know that I would be having my family pick up my baby's pictures on my behalf since I would be out of state for a while. The techs? Absolutely amazing! We had a lot of pictures being printed out and she was going above and beyond, Her name is Suzan i believe!! She was an absolute amazing tech! A perfect experience, good quality, they treat you very well and the place is very comfortable for the whole family.
Had such an amazing experience with Rosie , she was on time and very respectful! I loved how she communicated with us every step of the way and if there was anything that I had a question about she had no problem answering them.
Had such a great experience here. Loved seeing our baby girl in 4D. The staff is incredibly patient and made our experience the 5 star it deserves.
