We had been here over 3 years ago, prior to our now 3.5 y/o granddaughter being born. It must have been a new facility because it was clean and immaculate. I recall the staff being friendly and polite. Our visit this week felt rushed, when handed the pricing/package options and making an upgrade to what my daughter inlaw had originally booked, it felt like we had now imposed on the techs schedule. My soon to be step daughter had her ultrasound yesterday. It was a wonderful experience. I had never been to something like that. They take you to a huge room with comfortable seating. It has a big movie type screen. The tech, (her name was Crystal) was awesome! She explained everything. Told us exactly what we were looking at.
