I walked into this textile upholstery supply store expecting at least a basic level of customer service, but unfortunately that wasn’t my experience. When I came through the door, the gentleman at the counter looked directly at me and never greeted me or acknowledged that I was there. The woman next to him asked if I had placed an order. Very very very unprofessional over the phone rude and unhelpful the lady that work there she wouldn’t give me here name don’t waste your time because they don’t want your money
A ZERO would be more suitable… The service by the women at counter is despicable. Describing her as rude would be putting it nicely. Takes one look at you and rolled eyes as if she can’t be bothered to do her job. Such a disgusting attitude. Would not recommend this place to anyone!! Would rather spend my money elsewhere.
