I accidentally called the Marine Drive location instead of the Venables location when I went to call back and the person who answered the phone on August 3 at 2:30 PM was quite rude to me. “Nope.”
I came here to get some advice and possibly rent a tool for a quick but tricky job. They ended up doing the job for me free of charge and were super kind throughout the process of figuring it out. As a young lady, going into a tool shop can be daunting and they made it incredibly painless. Thank you!!
