He responded right away and had my mower fixed and running within an hour of calling. I would recommend him to anyone that needs a mower fixed.
Really nice, polite, helpful, and kind. He came out and fixed my issue in 5 minutes flat. He definitely earned this 5 star review. He exceeded my customer service expectations.
As a small business owner I am extremely sympathetic when someone is busy and/or has more work than they can handle. However when 2 different appointments are agreed upon with the business owner, they fail to show up, and then don't return calls or texts, then that is just bad business. A simple reply back to the many messages I sent to reschedule or some other accommodation would certainly have gone a long way and I would have never written this one star review. I hope others have better luck then I did. Very disappointed.
Came out to my house same day and got my lawn mower back up and running!
Great service! So easy for someone to come to our home to repair and service our mower and generator.
