Always good customer service. I love this place. Prices are cheaper than most retail stores
Wouldn't take back "core" without original box although i had the receipt. At no point during my checkout transaction did they mention that original packaging must be returned with part to receive the core charge refund. When I questioned why the response was "because we can't mail it back to manufacturer without a box". ABS need to make that policy clear and should have signs posted at the register and/or on the receipt.
