My first review was hidden from the general public!!!! Round 2: Chase opened our pool and didn’t finish the job. (It’s still a swamp.) It only requires a general repair so the jets will run and cleaned. I’m out $700! It’s been over two weeks, and haven’t heard a word from Chase!
Opened my pool for the summer. Was very professional, answered all my questions. Since I am a first time pool owner, he explained and showed me how to use the equipment. I was impressed.
Owner gave a free consult to advise on pool issues that were fixed within 24 hours. Very helpful & honest.
We have been using Chase as our pool guy for a couple years. Great service. Came out same day to open our pool and always does a fantastic job!
By far the best pool company we have interacted with. Been keeping our pool running and active pretty much no matter what it takes. (And it's taken a lot) Knowledgeable and friendly, and always communicating in a punctual manner. Couldn't imagine for a second switching companies.
