Horrible service from the get go. Rude on the phone the Supervisor Riyana. Not knowledgeable or helpful I had to end this non productive conversation. Just wanted to hear a budget and had no questions about my event. They just want to get you off the phone. Was forwarded to their Ontario office and zero response. Taking my $ elsewhere.
Myself and my Wife were looking into element solutions for our wedding this past weekend. We were told about any stairs to give notice ahead of time upon delivery as we get it some places / venues have a ton of stairs and its a ton of work , totally understand and respect that. In our case , our wedding was a small back yard wedding consisting of 40 people.
