A&B or H&S Excavating whatever they are now calling themselves has the worst customer service. They will take your money and will not complete the service. They will completely ghost you. I have been dealing with them for several years and every year it is a run around. Years prior usually within in a few weeks Brandon will do the update. But this year absolutely nothing. Do not buy a laptop or have him do the annual updates you will regret it!
Absolute worst customer service. Have been calling for 2 weeks. Found the number to his other company, and am now being ghosted on that line too. We have been trying to get updates for the laptop with no luck. If I could I would give a negative star review.
We bought a laptop had problems with Volvo tech and received no help… Always puts you off.
A&B has not followed through with their customer support prepaid for a laptop took 2 months to get then all the programs have issues, called and called and called and they say they will address it then nothing they ghost calls send a text then no response then a few weeks later same thing we have paid for products and only have have showed up and no refund or anything. J have tried being patient and tried other aspects, I guess the next step is a lawyer since a $4500 computer doesn’t work and they refuse to reprogram it
Great place to take just about anything that needs work done. I have taken leaf blowers, ATVs, vehicles, and more there. Always treat me right and well priced. The owner is all about making the customer happy.
