Tried to do the right thing today and support a local retailer instead of going to the big box national hardware store… What a mistake.

Do not call them. Made the mistake of calling them despite their poor reviews. Definitely regret giving them a chance. They could NOT fix the issue and on top of that scratched our tiles when removing the toilet to go into a pipe with a large snake. I called a few minutes after they left and send them pictures to inform them about the damage. Very unprofessional of them not to mention they caused damage and simply left without telling us. I called Malibu A&B Plumbing because of dwindling water pressure in our house and a very big water leak in the backyard. Rodolpho and Jose did an excellent job of assessing the problem and fixing it in a reasonable amount of time. They replaced the old water pressure regulator with a high quality new one, repaired the leaking pipe in the yard, and put parts on the broken water pressure pump so it runs as good as new.
