Jim came out to diagnose the issue with my washer and charged me $129 for the visit. I didn’t have a problem paying that since I respect people being paid for their time and knowledge. The problem is that after the diagnostic, he stopped responding to my phone calls. I wasn’t looking for an explanation of what was wrong, I wanted the washer fixed. I would’ve happily moved forward and paid for the repair, but the lack of follow-through and communication left me stuck with the same problem and money out of pocket. Pretty disap... read more
Paid him for a job and it still isn't fixed. Was suppose to come back with another part and it has been 2 weeks and haven't heard from him at all. Would not recommend him.
Just a wonderful experience with Jim! He was able to come the very next day to look at my washer which had stopped draining and spinning out the clothes. He was prompt and knowledgeable and replaced the broken part and had the washer working perfectly. I would highly recommend his services! Thanks again!!
Jim was wonderful. He even did a load of wash for me to make sure my washer was working. I highly recommend Jim as a competent, friendly, and very reasonably priced.
