called 3 times to buy scrap. no call back. paid a visit. the "i.t" guy was rude and abrupt. said no interest in new customers. called back to complain and was brushed off. if he would have bothered to ask, we would have bought several pounds of power supplies they were destroying. DIRT LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE. NEVER AGAIN!!!
