Customer service is nonexistent. Usually need to send multiple follow up emails to get an answer to anything. Will be bringing my business elsewhere.
Es la peor empresa, no se dejen engañar, me realizaron el retiro de 3 cuotas de $800,00 diciendo que me ayudarían a bajar la letra de un financiamiento, pagué 3 letras y al ver que ellos no hacían nada paré los débitos, y ahora me dice que ese dinero ellos no lo devuelven, es decir se llevaron al rededor de $2400,00 dólares por hacer nada, me siento estafado.
