Just got a electronic trailer brake controller installed by A&B Hitches and Mufflers and they were beyond good! My appointment was for 0900 I got there at 0845 and the y immediately put my vehicle in. After a little less than an hour it was installed. They also took the time to explain the controller and made sure I had the original packaging/instructions. What blew me away was sitting in the office hearing him interact with customers on the phone and in person with a great deal of empathy and professionalism. Top Notch!!!
Mark and his crew went above and beyond to get me back on the road after the wheel bearings failed on my horse trailer. He had the bearings, races, seal, nut, washer and dust cap in stock! When the bearing failed it damaged my brake system, and they were able to remove the brake caliper and plug the line so I could get home. The only two parts he didn't have I had to order direct from the axle mfg. Thank you Mark and crew!!
Thanks Mark Nelson and Mike Ortega that did the work on my car great work great service I'll be definitely recommend if you guys two friends and others already had a few people hitting me up I where I got my stuff done at from the pictures I posted recommended him your way thanks again for everything much appreciated
