I took my mothers hearing aid to be fix. It was going to take 1 week to get it back from the NJ location. We are going on 3 weeks and the hearing aid is ready for pickup however the office has been closed. It would be nice if customer service called instead of me calling every week checking on the status. Poor customer service and I truly do not like businesses taking advantage of elderly people. They matter too. Honestly, I’m going to find another location that treats their patients with better care.
