I was very well received, very professional, gave me a detailed information on the exam I was to take. A few background questions which I answered. Then the exam, different than others I had taken. The result was confirmed of my hearing problems. I received great advice, and now I wait for the VA to contact me for further assistance.
Doctor Potter was very courteous and explained everything step by step. I really appreciated the way she spoke to me and made me feel comfortable and heard.
