Great 1st time visit very knowledgeable Dr. She answered lots of questions explained things easily. Overall a positive experience so far.
I was extremely impressed with the throughness of the exam and the professional care of Dr. Potter, the audiologist. The office has a very warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Iafter going to broadway location and being lied to and brushed off, I went to hearinglife on judson road and was told it was my hearing aid "internal battery", they replaced it at no charge. I was blown away by this gesture.
The Audiologist performed a hearing test. Very professiojal and competent. I mentioned that one of the batteries only lasted for four hours. I think she misunderstood and thought I said the hearing aid itself was malfunctioning. I was referring to my rechargeable batteries. Their standard process is to clean hearing aids and replace batteries. I had no idea that they did that.They replaced my rechargeable batteries with regular batteries and discarded my rechargeable batteries. I found this out when I got home and tried to c... read more
