I recieved the most through hearing exam I have ever received. Dr. Potter is an excellent Audiologist . She is professional but very caring. She truly cares and works diligently to make sure we have the very best hearing aids we can get for our level of need. There is no hard sell for any particular brand. Only a through explanation of what we need and what is available. I truly treasure her concern and eagerness to help us enjoy a full, HEARING life.
All personnel were knowledgeable and went out of their way to help us achieve our hearing goals. Appreciate the help. Can hear again.
