They were prompt, informative and helpful
Dr Potter was very informative and made my visit extremely comfortable. I love the online intake form it made checking in fast and easy. The lady at the front desk was great to very helpful too.
Have not recently been to any other hearing centers but I can’t imagine any being any better than this one. Outstanding customer service from the start. Got a complete medical exam of ears to insure no other factors for hearing loss. Discovered major wax blockage in one ear and thoroughly cleaned and corrected the issue. Did a free comprehensive audio exam and discovered the deficiencies. Gave a complete explanation of the results and made some recommendations for hearing aids.
