In 2019 we had LVP installed in a home. We noticed that the planks would move and had gaps appear in the joints. Being that it was a rental home we had to wait for the home to be unoccupied to address the problem. It has now gotten so bad that some of the planks have cracked and buckled. We thought it was a product issue and had Floor and Decor send a person to evaluate the product. Would highly recommend A & B Hardwood Flooring! I just had them refinish my old prefinished floors that were very dark and couldn’t be happier with the results! Chad was up front and honest from start to finish. He found were we had a leak near a window so we were able to have that fixed and he repaired the damaged wood for no extra cost. A & B installed my floors 18 years ago and just made them look better than new again!
Chad and his team did a amazing job bringing our old floors back to life. It took us a day or two longer than expected to get our proposal but after I called the office Cindy got the email address corrected and the proposal sent over while I was still on the line with her. We got the work on the schedule and two week later my existing wood flooring was good as new with a new darker stain color. A&B Flooring does SUB-STANDARD work and does not understand customer service. A three day job turned into 4 weeks. At that time Chad cursed at me and walked off the job. We had to get someone else to finish it. He claimed he did four other jobs while he was suppose to be doing ours and none of them had any complaints. I guess that's why we were low priority. He doesn't stay on top of his people. They would do one aspect of the job and he would have to come back and fix it. He showed up hours later than expected. He used poor... read more
