I prepaid $44 for them to HEM a straight line on an uncomplicated floor length gown - no beading, lace, pleats, etc. What I got instead was an unfinished cut edge with chalk marks visible that wasn’t even straight or even. When I complained, I was told the dress came with an unfinished edge, so that is what I was given. Unbelievable! I will never go back!
