Brought my Snowblower there a few months ago. He had it for around 5-6 months and didn’t even touch it. Showed up and there was 3 foot tall grass around it, tracks had sunk into the ground and never got a single response on about 25 attempted call attempts all spread apart. Every time I would get contact with him he’d just say he’s waiting on parts. Definitely would not recommend if you’re looking to get anything back in a timely fashion.
Never again! We took our snowblower to get fixed and he didn't do a darn thing! After 8 months of excuses, My husband picked it up and fixed it himself! It took less than an hour labour and the part came in 2 days from Amazon for 28 dollars. My husband had never done this kind of work before but he was able to do it with little difficulty! Our snowblower was left outside all winter buried in snow and is now faded and looks like we don't take care if it! This is not a reliable business! Had our mower for 2 weeks,said it needed new parts. Took it elsewhere and the guy just drained the old fuel,one pull and it works
We were in an emergency while on vacation and needed help as one of our tires had low pressure. We didn’t know what it was - it was a Saturday morning and everywhere around the Tobermory area was closed. We found Al and he helped us out immediately, quick response, friendly service, and fair priced. Would highly recommend!
