what you expect of the company, bought 4 rotem controllers, ask them on the very first flock to come out and fix the sensors as they were not assigned to the correct heater switches. Been 6 months, still the same issue. Tried to get in touch with the owner with no response or call back from him. This company is garbage. Cowardly staff and management. Own up your mistakes and incompetence.
