I called the number to schedule service and the man that answered the phone was extremely loud and rude, was swearing and using very bad racial slurs against groups of people, said he refused to work on homes with those people in them.
Messaged details name, details of need for estimate, asked if that was something he could do - got auto response "was driving, would respond as soon as possible." A week later, no response. Sent message again - he responded with "STOP" like my personal info was spam or something. I replied, this isn't spam - he said "Call me" & when I didn't call within the next 60 seconds he replied "that's exactly what I thought. Scammer" - Dude is rude and not anyone I'd ever want to do business with.
