I had a very frustrating experience with A & B Drain Services. I was told by the lady on the phone that someone would be contacting me within minutes regarding who would be attending to my emergency issue. However, the engineer showed up at my property 2 hours later without giving me any notice no call, no text, nothing to let me know what time to expect him. These have just been to the house to unblock the drain. Did a great job fixed the problem. And didn't give up when faced with a very rusted man hole cover. Showed great determination to make sure the job was done properly will defo be using again if needed
Blocked drain. Came within 2 hours and sorted the problem. Polite friendly men. Would definitely recommend.
