The staff was great, immediately felt like family.... of course after the free exam I was discouraged with finance options due to my budget, one day I'll be able to afford it and will define be going back to AB when I can afford it..
Dr. Osei was laid- back and very sociable and I was immediately comfortable. His staff were great, too. Overall, a good experience. The only negative thing is that the appointment took 2 hours. Lots of waiting, but the waiting room is comfortable.
Staff was very patient and took the time to address my concerns and put me at ease. My lack of dental insurance in no way swayed them from giving me a treatment plan to improve my dental health.
Not enough seating and a/c was out! Had to wait in car!
I have been to several implant centers around and walked out with my tail between my legs. Mary the financial ‘angel’ worked with me on the best plan that was the best of all others. I had been told I couldn’t have full implants top and bottom so I was only able to get only 2 on bottom and they weren’t working. Lot’s of frustration. I can have both full implants and NO palates. Yeah!!
