First attempt was a no show. 2nd attempt arrived late. When Ben finally came out and took measurements and pictures of master bathroom renovation he said he would get back to me with a quote. Reached out to find out status. Now he has ghosted me and will not get back to me whether they want the job or not...wth? Not a good way to treat potential customers.
