Somebody hit my parked car and I chose A&B through my insurance to get it repaired. The communication was great, and they overdelivered on how long it would take to fix my car. I had it three days before when they initially said I would. Maybe it was lucky or maybe it was manufactured happiness, but regardless, I'll go back here if I'm unfortunate enough for someone to hit me again
Worst car repair ever !! I Ran over a deer just hit by another car [deer flat in my lane ] , They only fixed the cosmetic issues .. After telling them the car need to be checked for under carriage damage including alignment , the manager barked at me and "said we are around 49 years "and car did not need adjusting.. Amazing service great updates. Excellent collision work done.
After coming out of a nearby parking lot, I noticed that my rear bumper was hit and, of course, no note at all. As such, I needed to bring the car into a shop that I fully trust and has always done right by me. There was only once choice and that was AB Collision in Matawan.
