Worst car repair ever !! I Ran over a deer just hit by another car [deer flat in my lane ] , They only fixed the cosmetic issues .. After telling them the car need to be checked for under carriage damage including alignment , the manager barked at me and "said we are around 49 years "and car did not need adjusting.. Meanwhile I obtained an alignment report from another shop showing the car completely out of alignment on each wheel .Without Allstate's help in this matter , the car would not have ben fixed properly . Best! Unfortunately, I’ve had to get my car repaired 2x, the first time everything was perfect from service to the actual work. My car was given back brand new each time and the service and over the top effort was something you don’t see very often these days. The best service I’ve come across in any line of business in years.
