Today a live auction was scheduled for a home and property to take place at 4pm. Bidders were required to bring a bidders packet and $10,000 cashiers check. Upon arrival at 3pm, I was told by Barry Cole (back stabber) the auction was over. I ask how it could be over when it didn't start until 4pm. I have participated in many of their auctions, but this last one they let a bid go through on a valuable item after I clearly won and auction closed and it stated I won in my watchlist. Then a few minutes later I went back to see when more of my watchlist items closed and it said I was outbid. I brought it up to the company right away and they still allowed the other person to win. Once the item closed, the bidder must've been able to push a bid through and it did not extend another minute and I was unable to bid either way ... read more
didn't know I had to have insurance to bid
They use shippers that try to charge you $45 handling fees on $20 items, then they try to charge you almost $30 on a $10 package. Do not bid with this company if you plan on shipping your items. And pay real close attention to your fine bid sheet
