The quality of the work is the absolute worse I have ever seen. The shirts came back dirty and stained,. The way they were pressed was discusting. I took them back to get re cleaned. They say it takes a week. They should. not be in business. This is the second time this has happened.
Took family heirloom wool blanket to be DRY CLEANED, noted 2 small spots that would require pre-spotting, I had to ask the clerk for colored tape to mark the spots. After 3 weeks & 2 visits it still wasn’t ready. 4 weeks I was notified to pick up, the dark colors had bled onto the lighter parts of blanket. I was told it would be sent back to their cleaning facility to be inspected by management. 3 weeks later I picked up at Indiantown, Chasewood location.
