My friend/coworker referred me to this company and they were completely rude to me when I tried to get a quote. I was going to insure 3 vehicles, camper, house, umbrella, and a side by side. JoDee claimed I had 5 glass claims in the past 3 years, so they would not insure me. I was shocked because I know I do not have 5 glass claims in my life time. Great guy to work with super kind and welcoming and super helpful
DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY Customer for over 20 years! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. When I checked, I was PAYING DOUBLE what GEICO and Progressive offer! When I cancelled, they kept "making mistakes" that cost me more money, like saying I can't use my EFT payment and I have to use a credit card (so they can pocket the fee of collection the card number). I have been a customer of ABC Insurance for many years, except for a time when the owner JoDee shopped insurance prices for me & found a better deal with another company. He was honest about the saving I could make and helped me move to the other company. Later, I asked him to re-shop my policy again and was able to return under his care. JoDee and his employees put their customers first! I appreciate the personal care I have received from them.
ABC Insurance has friendly helpful staff. They are willing to shop for better insurance prices for their customers. I really appreciate their honesty. If there is something better for you they will tell you.
