Very rude phone call i received from an employee, was unprofessional and saying many unprofessional things!
Someone from A B C called me back after I was lookinging for Healthcare " i had found someone else at this point" and he was very rudely and aggressively trying to get me to go through them
Not a current client (yet!) but we called and spoke with what I believe her name was Emilie or Emmy. Was so patient and gentle with my mother over the phone who struggles from dementia and made us feel so welcomed when we thought we were being difficult (haha!). Will definitely be calling back in new year when mom is closer to Medicare. Thank you Emilie! Edit it add —— also called and talk to drew. Very stellar too!
the front desk was very immature and careless.
