Not a current client (yet!) but we called and spoke with what I believe her name was Emilie or Emmy. Was so patient and gentle with my mother over the phone who struggles from dementia and made us feel so welcomed when we thought we were being difficult (haha!). Will definitely be calling back in new year when mom is closer to Medicare. Thank you Emilie! Edit it add —— also called and talk to drew. Very stellar too!

I was in to talk with Mike Clark. About what exactly I needed to do to be signed up with Medicare. Mike explained it in a way that made it very clear. If anyone us needing help understanding the Healthcare maze. Please go see this agency. A big shout out to Mike for clearing up the confusion for me.
