I ordered flowers for my neighbor whose husband passed away. This morning, I get an email saying there was an issue with my card so I called the number on the email but it was out of service so I Googled and called the local number but it just rings and rings, and rings. I called several times. Online, it says they are open today so why aren't you answering your customers' calls.
Staff was very pleasant to deal with. The arrangement I ordered was accurate and beautiful. In fact, looked better than advertised picture on website. Will certainly use this florist again in the future.
Out of state family ordered flowers from here for my daughter’s birthday that had a balloon attached. When walking to the porch the wind which was crazy took the balloon. The man said he would bring one the next day. We told him he didn’t have to do that, we totally understood! Well he not only brought a balloon for the birthday girl he always brought one for the other little girl at the door (my other daughter). Along with two bears!! They went above and beyond to make two girls very happy!
