They screwed up my car! A&B Kia put excessive weights on my tires when they "balanced" my new tires. They put 14 quarter-ounce weights on one tire when typical 3-5 weights are the all that is ever needed to balance a tire. I took it back to them because my car was violently shaking. They misdiagnosed the issue telling me it was just the brake pads. I continued to drive the car and took a road trip. Service was good, the waiting area was excellent and restroom facilities clean and spacious.
