This team is the bomb! Got in an accident and they had me fixed up in record time. They handled all the SGI paperwork (other than the initial report which of course had to be done by me) gave me a solid loaner vehicle while my car was in the shop, sent live text updates, cleaned the inside and outside of my car and even did some diagnostic work for an electrical issue I was having. The review that I had posted originally was how my friend was treated by A&B Auto body. I on the other hand was treated with professional customer service, in all aspects of the repairs to my Patriot. The owner has a great front staff and in the shop the owner has great body men, preppers, and painters. The paint was a complete match to the colour of the rest of the vehicle. I contacted A&B today to schedule an appointment for my vehicle repair, based on recommendations from friends. Right from the initial call, I was impressed by their outstanding customer service. Jenn, the representative I spoke with, was exceptional—she asked all the right questions, demonstrated deep knowledge, and even offered helpful advice about insurance updates, which I truly appreciated. i was going to be gone for three weeks while the car was at their shop. they were willing to keep it until i came back at no extra charge to me. they also cleaned the interior and the car looks great. great place to get work done
I find A&B always helpful and honest. I take all my autobody work here and would highly recommend others to do the same.
