Had an initial quote to have some parts replaced on my 25 year-old central AC system, I got a hold of Marty and his team to give me a second quote. Marty made me an offer I couldn’t refuse and was able to take care of it the same day! Very grateful for this awesome mom and Pop shop I love supporting small business. They are the fabric of our great country. If you ever need AC work, give Marty and his team a chance you’ll be happy you did!
I had a very disappointing experience with A & B Air Conditioning. They came out to service my HVAC unit, claimed they had fixed the problem, and charged me $1,309. After they left, the issue was still not resolved. Since then, I have made multiple attempts to contact them, but my calls have either been ignored or not returned. Marty came out to give us a second opinion after we received what seemed like an outrageous quote to get our AC up & running again. He was wonderful, very honest, quick and reasonably priced. Everything was up and working great in no time! We really appreciate finding a company that still has values!
I cannot say enough great things about A & B Air Conditioning. I called them regarding an issue with my A/C unit, and they were upfront from the very beginning, even providing a quote over the phone for the cost to come out and diagnose the problem. When Dustin arrived, he was cheerful, professional, and incredibly pleasant to work with. He listened carefully as I explained the issue and then went to inspect the unit.
