I’ve had the absolute worst experience with the employees of this company. from them screening phone calls. or flat out lying to your face about emailing you. the agent pretend to type my email in. how convenient when someone trying to get insurance in a pinch. to a friend of mine having their license misplaced. and not one employee took the time to properly look for it for her. absolutely no empathy or compassion or professionalism. please don’t do business here
