This business and specific location was recommended to me by a colleague and they did not disappoint. They were professional, friendly, quick, and the price was very reasonable. They also have a comfortable quiet waiting room. Overall a very pleasant experience. Also, it’s important to note that the location in google is wrong. Their real address is 1213 Shepherd Dr, Houston Tx 77007. Sean is the manager. It looks like the only negative reviews for this place are left by people who accidentally went to the wrong place.
Dr Conyers I bet you feel discomfort knowing that you now know? A+ Auto Glass it is a bit confusing as know they show to be open here but when we arrived here last month the sign said permanently closed new owners called Royal Tint & Auto Glass at this location, why two different names go figure? Wish you had been there to resolve our problems with the replacement of our Baby Blue Wrangler as Sina had to make a payment with another company again to have the issue we had with Sean windshield replacement over this past summer!... read more
A+ Auto Glass and Sean specifically were beyond helpful. I've used them twice. The first time was two years when my driver side window was broken due to an attempted break-in. Sean came to my job and repaired my window. We had another issue that Sean was able to help with. A+ is very professional and the quality of their work is excellent!
Cannot stress enough to anyone who reads this, that A+ Auto Glass is no longer here as of 6 months ago according to Royal Tint & Auto Glass. Not very happy at the moment as we just had our glass replaced at our home just recently. Sean is no longer answering my calls so now we will just dispute the charges with American Express. Please change your address to wherever you moved. We would have never used you had we known that you were not really at that location near our house. Buyer Beware!!!
