Not a great experience. First, he was late TWICE. I almost cancelled. He first gave me a quote which he said included tax and all, then ended charging me a little more even though he was terribly late and then said something about not charging me a $50 for mobile (coming to me to do his work), which he NEVER mentioned when I got a quote! I would never of went with them if they had mentioned the mobile charge and lastly, when I first called, he said they vacuum up the glass for me, which he DIDN’T do. Pretty bad business. These guys came out 3 times to fix my glass, didn't bring the proper gasket to get the job done and after the final trip it still doesn't look right. I wish I had gone with someone else. They left glass in my car, used duct tape to secure the back window which left tape residue, left black glue on my truck and windshield.
