Best place ever!!! Here from MI and needed a new windshield. Got in right away, super friendly from first phone call to very end. They take great pride in their work and value their customers!!! Worked perfectly with insurance!! Had an appointment with a more popular nationwide place and they didn't show up as scheduled and never notified me that they weren't coming that day afterall. A+ is definitely A+!!!! Highly recommend and I have only ever done 1 other review on Google!!!
The staff were polite but responses to questions sometimes took longer than expected.
The appointment booking process was easy but the service started later than the time that was originally promised.
I scheduled a service expecting a smooth and professional experience but communication during the process was not always very clear and I had to ask several times for updates.
