I had to get my truck towed last night. The guys we great this morning at getting me a U-Haul lined up and getting my truck booked in for an inspection.
The owner of A+ Auto Care has been fair and kind throughout my whole transmission replacement experience. As unexpected as my situation has been, I know that Seymour (that's my vans name) is in good hands. They have explained everything to me as it has came up, saved parts to show me the damage being repaired, and they have required my signature before moving forward on any additional work. I've been trying to call the shop and the phone has been busy all day.
Got stranded in needles and this shop was able to give me a good diagnostic on my car and helpful honest service which really helped in the circumstances.
This place just wasted my time for several days apparently they didn't want to do the job I asked for the call back several times and they never call back
