We had an absolutely wonderful experience here. The staff provided awesome service and truly went above and beyond to help my elderly mother. From the moment we walked in, they were patient, kind, and genuinely cared about making sure she was comfortable and understood everything. We are so grateful for their compassion, professionalism, and dedication. Highly recommend!
Very irresponsible, after waiting 4 or 5 months possibly more I was called (1-16-26) that my hearing aid had finally arrived. They scheduled an appointment the following Monday (1-19-26) AT 830AM. I arrived on time but when I was called person told me that the company has made my hearing aid wrong and incomplete. The Dr failed to check my hearing aids upon arrival to see they are correct. If you would have checked my hearing aids that day I would have not traveled 50 miles one way to hear that you were sorry that manufacture... read more
