The most lovely team, always make me feel welcome and great at tailoring to what you like, and even make custom pieces if you can’t find what you’re looking for. Special shoutout to Tally the in house piercer, who is an exceptional piercing with so much experience and knowledge in the piercing world. Recycling program is such a good idea. Traded a heap of gold and silver that would have otherwise gone to waste for store credit. Great way to get new pieces.

Went in recently to get a piercing at Artefact and was blown away by the service. The piercer Tally was so professional and knowledgeable. The whole experience was easy, smooth and comfortable. Even the details are on point. The black, leather piercing chair is incredibly large and comfortable & being sent home with a neilmed piercing spray just made the experience feel so elevated.
