Amazing service! He was an angel helping me and my friends out in the middle of night on a Sunday night. He was able to get the spare tire from underneath our car with his own tools because we didn't have the kit for removing the spare when everybody we called said they couldn't help with our particular situation. Very professional and he worked very hard (our car - truck was full of heavy items). We couldn't be happier. Thank you so much!
Worst Mechanic Ever My car stalled and would not start. I called a mobile mechanic. Arts Jones could not find the problem. He towed the car back to his shop. After two hours of diagnostics, he still could not find the problem. My car has only 116K miles on it. But he told me the car was beyond repair. He wanted to arrange for the car to be traded in at a friends used car dealership. He held my car captive for $242. I towed it home.
