I left a Bad Review earlier about the customer service i had recieved with this company for my 2013 Dodge Ram 2500 HD Pickup. since then, the Owner of Arrow Alignment took the time to call me and make things right. to me that says a lot about him and his company. we all make mistakes, but it's how you handle them that makes the difference. A VERY GOOD COMPANY

"Caution" "Caution" "Caution". This place has horrible customer service with the new manager (Donald) i brought in my 2013 Dodge Ram 2500 HD to have the steering fixed because it had about a 3" play. so, they replaced the Tyrod's and that didn't fix it so they said we will need to replace the steering box for another $1300.00 dollars, so i said OK and they ordered the parts. so, i took the truck back in to have the new steering box installed and when i came back at the end of the day to pick the truck up they told me that th... read more
