I have lived in Tarpon Springs Florida.since 2013.I will not use any one else besides Arnies.Gwen and Matt are the best.Gwen always calls back right away.Matt is one of the best techs i ever met.I am a retired plumber.I know a good tradesman when i see one.Matt and the rest of the crew are top notch.Don't give it a second thought.They are reasonable and fair.One of the best thing is if you decide to use their service they will waive the service call.It doesn't get any better than that.Give them a try.You won't regret it.

Unprofessional. I was at All with how I was spoken to over the phone by the Company owner Gwen. We had a service scheduled anytime from 10:00-2:00 and had asked if if we could have a set time for them to come out because I have appointments to run for my disabled child the service tech called me at 9:30 saying he was 15 mins away and I responded it wouldn’t work we then agreed he would come at 11:00 o’clock and had told him about the 4 hour time frame he had he then stated that “we don’t do 4 hour time frame” so then I spoke... read more

Absolutely horrendous company. We informed them we have a severely disabled child, and that i am 32 weeks pregnant. So therefore we’d need more than 15/30 minutes notice before they want to show up. They were hired to inspect our fridge… They gave us a two/three hour time window and when we told them we would be the property thirty minutes later than expected(at the earliest hour of that window) , we were berated and accused of lying by Kevin- a tech of theirs. I set up an appointment because the last couple of days the fridge wasn't getting cold, but the freezer was working fine. I was given a time window of 10:30a-12:30p. Matt arrived a few minutes after 11a. Of course, when he arrived, the fridge started getting cold. He did several tests but couldn't duplicate the issue. He told me what he thought was the culprit; gave me instructions on how to test the temp. control unit if the problem should reoccur; and an estimate for that part if it needed to be ordered & replaced.
