I booked in the past with Bud Arenz. He was kind, patient and very understanding. I loved the service I received and returned on my own two years later and recommend them to so many people. I however couldn't get ahold of Bud and went thru Sue Arenz as she said "he's not available right now but is there something I can help you with?" in the nicest voice ever.
