Paul runs a great appliance repair company. He is one of my best service vendors by far. I always get a quick response when a repair service is requested and when service is completed.
Everything started good. But went down hill quick. The repair guy "Guaranteed" that a new gasket would fix my freezer. When it didn't we called the company to get a tech out to actually fix the problem and the customer service person called my wife a liar. It's a good thing we saved all of our receipts. The tech that was supposed to come out lied about calling to schedule. Finally a manager came out to fix the refrigerator and address the costumer service person issue. Called A Appliance Source for an issue with my Frigidaire stove. Joe (I believe) is the person who came out to fix it. Even though the problem was created by me, Joe did not make me feel stupid. He fixed the problem, was very professional and an overall very nice person. I would highly recommend!
