Bad service Unprofessional
RecommendedI called for a repair visit for my 18 year old Maytag Neptune washer. Because of the age of the washer she asked to do some checking on and availability of parts and what it might cost before scheduling an appointment. She called back and gave me the bad news. I really appreciated her honesty. They could have come out and charged me the fee for coming out and given me the same answer. I will definitely keep their number for any future appliance problems.
