We called A-Appliance located at 1105 E Plano Parkway, XXX-XXX-0333, for washing machine repair. We noticed water on the floor after washing clothes. On 4-3-20, two gentleman showed up, looked at the washing machine for approximately 15 minuets, then told us "nothing was wrong with the machine". They stated to me and wrote "need clean and open the drain and that the washer is ok." I asked why there was no water on the wall. He re-stated that the drain was clogged. First day I called for a washer repair they showed up quickly because they smelled the money and probably had no work request. Second day I called to let them know my washer is still full of water and not draining, (as before) The customer service was rude and not informative and just told me that they put me in waiting queue and that can be any time. I waisted my 5 hours of working and they still won't show up!
